3) 一定范围内的三者，一个用 one，另一个用 another，第三个可用 a third。如：
She has three sisters. One is a teacher; another is an accountant; a third is an engineer.
她有三个姐妹，一个是教师，另一个是会计师，还有一个是工程师。
4) 一定范围内，除去一部分人/物，剩余的全部用 the others。
Twenty students went out, the others stayed in the classroom.
有 20 个学生出去了，剩下的都呆在教室里。
7. few, little, a few, a little
1) (a) few +可数名词; (a) little +不可数名词。如：
Can you stay a few days longer? 你能多留几天吗？
Few people like snakes. 很少有人喜欢蛇。
We only need a little tea for a cup of tea. 我们只需要一点儿茶叶来泡茶。
There is little time left. 没有多少时间了。
2) a few/a little 为肯定含义，指的是还有一点; few/little 为否定含义，指的是没有多少了。
8. one，that 和 it
one 表示泛指；that 和 it 表示特指。that 与所指名词为同类，但不是同一个；it 与所指名词为同一
个。
I can’t find my pen. I think I must buy one.(不定)
我找不到我的钢笔了。我想我该去买一支。
The pen you bought is more expensive than that I bought.(同类但不是同一个)
你买的那只钢笔比我买的贵。
I can’t find my pen. I don’ t know where I put it.(同一物)
我找不到我的钢笔。我不知道我把它放在哪儿了。
